Oilfield chemical supply and pumping, 24 hours a day
OneCor blends, hauls, and pumps the chemicals that keep wells and gathering systems running across Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.
Who we are
Who OneCor is
The product portfolio of a chemical distributor. The responsiveness of a regional operator.
OneCor has spent more than 50 years getting delivery right. We source the product, blend it to spec, haul it, and pump it.
Why operators choose OneCorService areas
What we do
We work in three parts of the oil and gas business. Completions is bringing a well online. Production is keeping it flowing. Midstream is moving what comes out of it to market.

Completions
Acid and chemical supply for frac operations, staged in-basin and delivered on short notice
- HCl blends from 7.5% to 36%
- Synthetic (wireline) acid
- On-site storage or drop-and-swap

Production
Wellbore clean-outs, rod and tubing scale treatment, and chemical delivery for producing wells
- Backside acid treatments
- Hot oiler, acid pumpers, kill trucks
- Engineering review of your well files

Midstream
Methanol, glycols, and scavengers for gas gathering systems and processing facilities
- Gas plants, compressors, and pipelines
- Full tanker drops or multi-stop routes
- Emergency turns in 2–4 hours
Four capabilities
From our rail to your well
OneCor runs every step between the railcar and your wellhead. Fewer handling stops result in lower costs for our customers.

Source
We invest in rail access and bulk buying, and we source from more than one supply point, so a plant outage or a tight market doesn't become your shortage.
Chemicals
HCl blends, synthetic acid, methanol, glycols, and H2S scavengers, all blended to your spec.

Always available to serve
Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on the same 12-on, 12-off rotation the field runs. We ask for 12 hours of notice on a load and regularly deliver in two to four hours.
- 02
Our drivers work for us
Most loads move with OneCor employees rather than third-party haulers. They are hazmat certified and trained on wellsite protocol, which matters on a location where access is controlled. We keep a third-party pool for peak demand.
- 03
We buy ahead of the crunch
When the chemical markets tighten, we are positioned to stand through allocation. We buy from several supply streams, including byproduct acid and acid produced on purpose, and we carry more inventory than any single job needs. When spot prices spike, we insulate our customers with that pool of suppliers and the product already on hand.
- 04
We handle the parts nobody wants
Two thousand gallons are left in the tank at the end of a job. A trailer has to go in for repair with product still in it. A load needs to be split across several wellsites. Ask us, and we will handle it.
A late-life Bakken well, back to 52 barrels a day
The well had been down since April 2022 with a stuck pump. The operator wanted production back without paying for a re-frac. Our engineers designed the treatment. We supplied it, hauled it, stored it, and pumped it.

What does OneCor do?
OneCor supplies, delivers, and pumps chemicals for oil and gas operators. That includes hydrochloric acid and synthetic acid for completions, treatment chemicals and clean-out services for producing wells, and methanol, glycol, and H2S scavengers for midstream gas gathering.
Where does OneCor operate?
The Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, the Eagle Ford in South Texas, the Williston Basin in North Dakota and Montana, and the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. We keep terminals, trailers, and drivers in Texas and North Dakota, and we run the Powder River out of Williston.
How fast can OneCor deliver?
We ask for 12 hours of notice and regularly deliver in two to four hours. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays.
Does OneCor use its own drivers?
Most loads move with OneCor employees who are hazmat certified and cleared for wellsite access. A third-party pool covers peak demand, but company drivers handle the majority of the work.
Does OneCor sell chemicals without service?
Yes. Many customers buy product and handle application themselves. Others have us design the program, supply the chemical, and pump it.
Is OneCor the cheapest option?
Sometimes we are. When we are not, we are usually a few cents a gallon above the lowest bid. One load that does not arrive costs more in a day than that difference saves you in a year.
We already have a supplier we're happy with. Why talk to OneCor?
Most of our customers had one too. Supply gets tight, and that is when a second source matters. Put us on the bid list and see how we do.
