FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt, hourly Competitive wages, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and company contribution to a retirement plan.
Job Summary:
Managing pumps and equipment to move fluid from railcars to trailers (transloading) as well as blending different chemistries in blending tanks. The position will also include dispatching truck loads to customer locations and managing driver logistics.
Essential Duties:
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Logistic planning and problem solving
  • Familiarity with oilfield trucks and trailer plumbing
  • Load trucks with chemicals by connecting hoses, carrying hose, and turning on pumps
  • Properly blend chemical loads following predetermined levels and quantities to mix together
  • Document outgoing and incoming loads in Excel and fill out the Bill of Lading information
  • Work well independently and as a team
  • Provide proper verbal and electronic communication with customers and internally
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED. 1-3 years in oil and gas industry preferred.

Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred

Driving Requirements: Valid Driver’s License or ability to get to work daily

Physical Requirements – Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment in company yard.

Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate and occasionally loud.

Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Bi-lingual is beneficial.

Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and input into programs such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test, and quarterly random testing
