Tom Bachmeier serves as our Chief Executive Officer overseeing all divisions of OneCor’s business. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer from 2017-2020 where he helped usher OneCor’s ownership from privately held to a new entity with private equity ownership. Tom joined OneCor’s predecessor entities in 2016 from Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company (NYSE: ECL).

Tom spent 5 years with Nalco Champion serving as an Area Manager for the Williston Basin where gained an extensive knowledge for oilfield chemicals in upstream and midstream processes. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Jamestown.

Nate Swensen serves as Vice President leading OneCor’s acid division for the state of Texas. Prior to joining OneCor, Nate spent 14 years with ChampionX in various sales leadership roles across the country including district sales manager in the Rockies and Permian Basin regions.

Nate holds a bachelor of science degree from North Dakota State University.

Heidi Johnson, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer at OneCor Services, overseeing all financial aspects of the company. Prior to joining OneCor in 2018, she had worked in public accounting for 8 years.

Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minot State University. She is a member of the Williston Housing Authority board of directors and the Teton Booster Club.

Henry Cadle is the US Operations Manager of OneCor Services and oversees the proper handling and logistics of HCL processes throughout the organization. Henry joined OneCor’s predecessor entities in 2013 from the role of Regional Corporate Trainer for one of the nation’s largest sporting goods retailers. Prior to joining the OneCor team, Henry was a professional downhill mountain bike athlete representing USA Cycling at the international level.
