FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt, hourly Competitive wages, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and company contribution to a retirement plan.
Job Summary:
Manage operations of miscellaneous high pressure pumping operations. Rigging up & down 2” iron from pumps to wellheads, suction hoses from tanks to pumps. Manage pump maintenance and troubleshooting. Able to function MDT controls, fluid dynamics, downhole volumes, and job procedures.
Essential Duties:
  • Moving and connecting joints of 2” iron to connect pump to wellhead
  • Driving to and from location in either semi tractor or light-duty truck
  • Running high-pressure pumps according to customer requests and job design
  • Ability to make decisions under various circumstances to properly pump a job and protect OneCor equipment
  • Preventative maintenance on pumps/trucks when back in the shop
  • Shop duties include mechanical troubleshooting, cleaning, and getting parts needed
  • Work well in a team and ability to teach ground operators and new field specialists
  • Provide proper verbal and electronic communication with customers and internally
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED. 3-5 years of pressure pumping experience required

Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL with Hazmat required and Hazmat Tanker Endorsement preferred

Driving Requirements: Valid Driver’s License or ability to get to work daily

Schedule: 20 days on, 10 days off

Physical Requirements – Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment in company yard.

Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate and occasionally loud.

Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Bi-lingual is beneficial.

Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and input into programs such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as quarterly random drug tests
