Provide maintenance and planning for light duty, heavy duty, and pressure pumps in a shop setting as well as field situations to keep our equipment efficiently running and avoiding mechanically related downtime.

• Create and implement preventative maintenance program
• Execute failure diagnostics and repairs
• Work closely with Operations Managers
• Work well independently and as a team
• Provide excellent internal customer service
• Provide tools

Education Experience: High school graduate or GED. 2-5 years in oil and gas industry preferred.

Work Experience: Diesel Mechanic, experience with high-pressure pumps, Cummins QSK45, PACAR, Cummins, and Detroit engines

Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement preferred

Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements – Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.

Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate and occasionally loud.

Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions, and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Bi-lingual is beneficial

Computer Skills – Ability to navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and Microsoft programs.
