We blend HCl anywhere from 7.5% to 36% at our own facilities, with corrosion inhibitor, iron control, and surfactant packages matched to the formation and compatible with any tools going in the hole. If a concentration has to adapt for the job, we can adjust it to solve the problem while protecting downhole equipment.

What HCl concentrations and blends do you supply?
We stock HCl at 36%, 31%, 28%, 20%, 15%, and 7.5%, blended with corrosion inhibitor, iron control, and surfactant packages. We can blend to any concentration you need, and every batch is documented against the spec you gave us.
How fast can you get product to my location?
Twelve hours of notice is what we ask for, though we regularly deliver in two to four hours. Inventory is staged at terminals inside the basins we serve, and dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays.
Can you keep acid coming during a shortage?
We source from two supply streams, byproduct acid and acid produced on purpose, and we hold inventory above what current jobs require. When a shortage means buying at spot pricing, we absorb the cost rather than cutting a customer's allocation.
Do you supply hydrogen sulfide (H2S) scavengers?
Yes. We supply monoethanolamine (MEA) triazine, monomethylamine (MMA) triazine, and non-triazine scavengers, blended to your activity level. We also supply methanol and glycols for hydrate control and for dehydration units on gathering systems.
Do you offer a lower-hazard alternative to HCl?
Yes. OneCor blends a synthetic acid that is vapor-free and less corrosive than conventional acid, and in average conditions it removes 10 to 15 minutes of pump time per stage. The blend is wireline compatible and suitable for toe-shoot pump-downs.
