HOW IT MOVES

Our Trailers, Our Drivers, Your Basin

More than 30 company-owned acid trailers and terminals work inside the basins we serve, so the last leg stays under our control.

The Last Leg Is Where It Breaks

Most of what goes wrong with chemical supply happens between the terminal and the tank. We own the trailers, we employ the drivers, and we keep terminals close to the work. A wellsite is a controlled-access location, and our drivers bring a culture of excellence onto every one of them. Employing our own fleet gives us more confidence, control, and flexibility.

How it works

How It Works

  1. Source

Domestic product arrives by rail in bulk, which keeps freight cost down and volume available.

  2. Stage

Inventory sits at the terminal closest to your work, above what current jobs require.

  3. Dispatch

Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  4. Deliver

A hazmat-certified OneCor driver hauls the load and offloads safely into your tank.

On-Site Storage, Handled From Start to Finish

OneCor owns and maintains a fleet of acid-lined tanks for on-site storage, so thousands of gallons sit ready on the pad for the length of a job. A preventive maintenance program keeps those tanks from leaking on location. When the job ends with product left over, we pump out what remains, move the tank with our own winch trucks, and take the product back on one call.

Do you own your trucks?

Yes. We run more than 30 company-owned acid trailers and employ the drivers who operate them. Outside carriers only step in at peak demand; company drivers handle the majority of loads. Employee retention runs 86.7%.

How much can one delivery carry?

A standard tanker carries 7,000 gallons. Meter trucks carry less but fit locations where space is tight. DOT weight limits set the actual load, so heavier chemistries move in smaller volumes. Totes are available for sites without bulk storage.

What is a milk run?

A milk run is a single tanker delivering small volumes to many locations in one trip, often 200 to 400 gallons per stop across a dozen or more wellsites. This is the standard delivery pattern for production and midstream chemical supply.

Can you store chemical on my location?

Yes. We own and maintain a fleet of acid-lined tanks, bring them in, set them up, and service them for as long as the job runs. A preventive maintenance program keeps them from leaking on the pad, rental periods are flexible, and the tanks are sized to keep the footprint on location small.

What happens to product left over at the end of a job?

We pump out what remains, move the tank with our own winch trucks, and take the product back, all on one call. Retrieval is scheduled through the same dispatch that handles delivery, so the tank comes off your pad when the job ends.
